Customer Service Representative - Bnt Kumeu

Exciting opportunity on offer at BNT Kumeu for our next Customer Service Representative to join our fun and welcoming team!

If you've got great customer service skills, a full NZ license and a passion for car parts, we've got the job for you!

We're on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our BNT Kumeu branch – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done.

Responsibilities

Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone

Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions

Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately

Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products

Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base

Occasional deliveries of parts to our customers or other branches

What you'll bring

Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)

Computer skills are a must (basic excel skills are advantageous)

A genuine interest in cars, or parts

Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.
