THE ROLE : Reporting to the P&C Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process — from drafting job ads and coordinating interviews to managing offers and onboarding.
You'll ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance throughout.
Alongside recruitment, you'll support general HR administration including employee records, reporting, health and safety coordination, and providing backup payroll support.
