Join to apply for the Team Leader Project Communications role at University of Otago .
We are seeking to fill one full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position based in Ōtepoti, Dunedin. The role reports to the Manager – Communications Advisory Service and will lead a small team of communications advisers working on multiple projects, delivering best practice for communications in the projects space and ensuring high-quality information reaches audiences and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
You will provide a relevant, proactive and customised corporate service from strategy to delivery of communications in your projects, as well as leading a small team of advisers and collaborating with a wider team of communications staff across the University. Your work will include both internal and external channels.

Qualifications and skills
We are looking for an experienced communications professional, with a passion for the planning and execution of strategic communications to support projects and who has experience in :
You will be an articulate and engaging communicator, with a strong customer service orientation, able to work autonomously but also as part of a wider team.
