The Property Group Limited (TPG) is a locally owned property and RMA planning consultancy, bringing Kiwis together to build Aotearoa New Zealand for over two decades. We are looking for a senior consultant to join our friendly Whangārei office.

About the job
This position offers the chance to combine active project delivery with strategic leadership and business growth. You’ll be part of a supportive, highly skilled national team that values initiative, collaboration, and strong professional relationships.
Your initial focus will centre on high‑quality planning and consent processing, work that keeps our clients’ projects moving and builds your understanding of regional opportunities. From there, you’ll help drive business growth, nurturing relationships and leading projects that shape the region’s built and natural environment.
We’re looking for someone commercially aware but community‑mindful, a confident planner who’s ready to use their relationships, judgement, and energy to continue to grow something positive and lasting.
