The Organisational Development team is part of the Human Resources team within the Enterprise Services | Nuku Toiere branch. Enterprise Services is dedicated to supporting Te Tari Taiwhenua to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within DIA to make the best contribution to New Zealand.
The work programme for the team is at an exciting point, we have a work programme underway that spans Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management, Organisational Culture, Performance Management and Capability Development.
There is now the opportunity for an experienced and strategically minded OD Principal Advisor to get on board to lead key projects and initiatives, working with HR colleagues, leaders, and the Executive to shape a positive future for the organisation.
