What you'll do
- Execute Operations & Stock Management : ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, lead the “swarm” to handle tasks correctly, and oversee all teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries according to standards.
- Team Leadership & Development : lead on‑job training and coaching for team members, and champion a safe and healthy work environment.
- Maintain Store Standards : ensure the evening team are filling to correct standards, prioritise shelf‑friendly packaging, and manage overstocks effectively.
- Resolve Issues Proactively : timely elevate process‑related issues to the Function Lead for resolution.
- Contribute to Store Leadership : step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in “Better Together” connections to foster team collaboration.
