About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring that client requirements and expectations are met and that work is done safely and in accordance with scaffolding guidelines. The Supervisor ensures the availability of equipment, gear preparation, manpower planning, and resource management. They are also responsible for site and safety administration and maintaining excellent communication both on site and with all contract stakeholders.

Note : This position is based in Hawkes Bay, and relocation is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules for projects, allocating workers to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Quote jobs and liaise with current and potential customers.
• Design, plan, and build scaffolds to required standards.
• Manage staff performance with Leading Hands.
• Supervise staff daily on-site and drive productivity, including training requests.
• Contribute to monthly Branch Meetings, highlighting operational issues or successes.
• Understand and proactively manage safety standards and procedures.
