The Role
You'll develop your team, manage workflows and resources, and collaborate with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
In ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across Electra's network your focus will include :
Further, you'll ensure high levels of operational performance through tracking response times, monitoring resource allocation and budgets, and analysing other key metrics.
About You
Bringing strong communication skills and proven leadership experience in electricity (distribution or transmission), you will thrive in leading diverse teams and championing continuous improvement.
Holding a relevant trade, technical or tertiary qualification in electricity, you'll have a solid practical understanding of managing planned and unplanned work.
