Overview

We\'re seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Operations Lead to help our creative team work smarter through strategic systems design and AI orchestration. In this evolving role, you\'ll initially design and implement the processes that connect our innovative marketing vision with practical execution, working closely with our AI developer interns to create automation solutions. As our AI capabilities mature, your role will evolve toward strategic orchestration, governance, and continuous innovation of our marketing operations ecosystem.

What You\'ll Do

Initial Phase : Marketing Process Design & Implementation (30%)

  • Create clear, practical workflows that take marketing initiatives from concept to completion
  • Identify repetitive tasks and processes that can be automated through our AI developer interns
  • Develop specifications and requirements for AI-powered marketing tools
  • Implement and refine systems to ensure our creative work gets executed efficiently
  • Build templates and frameworks that make marketing execution more consistent

Performance Tracking & Analysis (20%)

  • Set up practical measurement systems to track how our marketing initiatives perform
  • Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights
  • Analyze marketing data to identify strategic patterns and improvement opportunities
  • Develop attribution models to accurately measure marketing impact
  • Design experiments to test new marketing approaches and validate hypotheses
  • AI Orchestration & Governance (20%)

  • Design the ecosystem of how multiple marketing AI agents interact effectively
  • Create quality control systems to monitor and ensure excellence in AI outputs
  • Develop exception handling processes for when AI encounters novel situations
  • Establish governance frameworks for appropriate AI decision-making boundaries
  • Continuously evaluate AI performance against business objectives
  • Human-AI Collaboration Design (15%)

  • Create optimal collaboration models between our creative team and AI systems
  • Design interfaces that make AI capabilities accessible to non-technical team members
  • Identify which aspects of marketing truly require human judgment versus AI execution
  • Develop feedback loops that help AI systems learn from human expertise
  • Train team members to effectively direct and work with AI systems
  • Strategic Evolution & Innovation (15%)

  • Identify emerging opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Restructure systems as marketing channels and tactics evolve
  • Create integration points between marketing and other business functions
  • Evaluate new technologies for potential marketing application
  • Ensure marketing operations align with evolving business strategy
  • Requirements

    Essential Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to create order from creative chaos
  • Expert-level HubSpot user
  • Experience implementing or improving marketing processes
  • Comfort with marketing metrics and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in making complex ideas actionable
  • Interest in marketing technology and AI automation solutions

  • Naturally organized with a knack for creating structure

  • Experience working with developers or technical teams
