Responsibilities
Be the go-to person for everything customer experience, always thinking from the customers point of viewCollaborate closely with your Team Leader and 'swarm' to ensure efficiencyEnsure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelinesWhat you’ll do
Look after the checkouts and cash officeMonitor all customer service areas such as entry gates, trollies, baskets, lotto, audit and customer loyalty - ensuring everything is consistently of the highest standard and complies with all company policiesCreate positive interactions with customers, assist with their questions and solve issuesTeam Leadership & Supervision : Leads the team to ensure correct work completion, provides on-the-job training and coaching, and steps up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shiftsIssue Resolution & Escalation : Identifies and timely escalates process-related issues to the Function Lead for effective resolutionSafety & Wellbeing Advocacy : Champions a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and prioritizing team wellbeingCollaboration & Communication : Actively participates in team collaboration and communication initiatives to foster a positive work environmentWhat you’ll bring
