Production Supervisor (Weekend Day)

Howmet Dover Casting supplies complex, investment-cast turbine airfoils and other components for the aircraft engine and industrial gas turbine industries.

Howmet Dover Alloy provides vacuum and air-melted nickel- and cobalt-based superalloys to aerospace, gas turbine, medical, and other high-tech industrial markets.

Position Overview

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Supervisor on 2nd Shift for our Alloy Facility in Dover, New Jersey.

The role involves directing and motivating the manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely, ensuring scheduling aligns with business and customer needs.

Schedule production and review reports.

Inspect equipment and address operational issues.
