We run a modern, highly automated plant, employ 70-80 staff, and pride ourselves on having a positive, family-driven work culture.The RoleWe\'re on the hunt for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Petone.

Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager, you\'ll oversee the day-to-day operations of around 60 staff in our factory.Your key responsibilities will include : Keeping Health & Safety front and centrePlanning workflow and monitoring production targetsCoordinating daily floor activities and delegating tasksMonitoring staff performance and setting clear expectationsWorking with the General Manager to develop and implement training programmesMaintaining a safe, clean and efficient work environmentRolling up your sleeves and jumping in wherever neededWhat you\'ll bringSolid production / factory experienceProven ability to lead and motivate a teamA good understanding of production environmentsClear, confident communication skillsA commitment to Health & Safety and high standardsA sense of humour and the ability to keep calm under pressureThe DetailsThis is a full-time, day-shift role (generally 7.00am-4.00pm, across 5 days a week).
