Customer Service and Support Manager

About the Role

This is an immediate start contract opportunity based in Rosedale, to oversee a Global Customer Service and Support department. Reporting to the COO, you will manage processes, policies, oversee daily operations, and ensure an efficient, solutions-focused customer experience that supports continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact, logging and managing customer support cases
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely customer updates
• Produce reports, track support trends, and maintain demonstration / loan equipment
• Develop and document processes, ensuring efficient service and accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production and Engineering) and participate in daily stand-ups
• Support training, best practice sharing, and future growth of the Customer Service team.

What’s on offer

A rate of $65-70 GST per hour for approx. 3 month contract.
