Taupo-nui-a-Tia College is looking to appoint an outstanding individual to work within our high performing Technology Faculty for a one-year fixed-term position from 28 January
We are looking for someone who is future focused and has the ability to think creatively about what Technology teaching could look like within the New Zealand Curriculum.

The successful candidate will be making a commitment to learn or continue learning about Ngati Tuwharetoatanga and have a strategic mindset about how we can continue to work towards equitable outcomes for our Maori students.
In order to work in our school it is important to understand the stories, land, and the people of our mana whenua.
The successful applicant will have :
Either, proven success in leading Technology at middle leadership level, or has demonstrated the ability to lead other adults effectively in this context
Demonstrated how they have given effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
A passion for working with rangatahi
A high level of emotional intelligence
A willingness and ability to work and lead collaboratively in a team environment
