The successful applicant will have :
Either proven success in leading technology at middle leadership level, or has demonstrated the ability to lead other adults effectively in this context
Demonstrated how they have given effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
A passion for working with rangatahi
A high level of emotional intelligence
A willingness and ability to work and lead collaboratively in a team environment.
Applicants must be NZ registered, fully conversant with the NZ Curriculum and have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
