He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role :

Based at the Auckland Rail Operations Centre, this is a key role within our Network Services team. As Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead, you’ll act as the main liaison between Network Control, KiwiRail teams, and external partners. You'll coordinate and communicate all on-the-day infrastructure delivery, ensuring planned works and incident responses are safe, timely, and aligned with performance targets. This role operates on a 24 / 7 rotating shift, managing real-time challenges, escalating issues where needed, and chairing key performance and operational meetings. Your leadership and coordination will ensure infrastructure supports reliable train services across Auckland.
