Meng & Associates Limited was founded in 201 4 and located at Unit B 175 Queen Street, CBD, Auckland. We are currently seeking a bookkeeper to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start date. You will be paid at a reasonable market rate. To be considered as a member of Meng & Associates Limited you will need to demonstrate the following skills :
Required skills and experience :
- New Zealand Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Commerce is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and client service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge in accounting, finance, and New Zealand tax laws
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
Job Responsibilities :
Account management .Invoice management .Sending questionnaires to clients and following up, interpreting to clients until the questionnaire answers are finalised.Requests for client information and responding to client queries .Preparing Payroll and filing PAYE for our clients .Coding in accounting systems such as Xero, MYOB .Preparing GST returns and draft annual financial statements for our clients .General office administration etc.Other details regarding the job :
Location : Unit B 175 Queen Street, CBD, AucklandStandard Hours : Approximately 30-40 hours per week depending on workloadRemuneration : Competitive market rates, with consideration of prior experience. Approximately $ 28 -$32 per hour.Annual Leave : 4 weeks per annumHow to apply :
