This specialist law firm is seeking a graduate or junior solicitor to join them and predominantly specialise in ACC litigation. The firm has had a surge in ACC work and is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and wants to acquire Court experience.

About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

You will be responsible for working across all stages of the litigation process, across a broad range of ACC disputes. You will appear in Court and take ownership of files, with excellent mentoring and support. For more complex matters, you will work alongside senior lawyers.

What you will bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu

• 0-2 years of post-admission experience in the litigation space as a law clerk or practising lawyer
• Experience dealing with ACC related matters is a bonus, but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop Court experience
• Ability to effectively manage priorities
• Admitted to the Bar in New Zealand or eligible to be admitted
