• Hawke's Bay earthquake and fire; the storyteller of courageous people who were able to imagine a different kind of city and adopt the energy and optimism of a modern art and design movement to create it; and the interpreter of the spirit of Art Deco to contemporary audiences in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand and beyond.The Trust is looking for an experienced, well presented, and hardworking professional to join our team as our Walks & Tours Logistics Coordinator.This diverse role is to support the Art Deco Trust and the achievement of its mission and vision through the provision of exemplary logistics and administration, plus engagement with our volunteers and to support the Walks and Tours department.The role requires someone with proven customer service experience, computer literate (word, excel, outlook), attention to detail, quality assurance, strong communications, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Experience with logistics and using reservations software would be an advantage and they will take pride ensuring high-quality experiences that exceed our visitors' expectations.The successful applicant must have experience working in a front facing customer service role, and an appreciation for Napier's art deco era heritage.

Experience working with diverse groups of people is essential, as is the ability to ensure that every visitor's experience is world class.This is a permanent part-time position.

Art Deco Trust is a 7-days a week tourism operation, so you will need to be available to support some weekends and public holidays and be available throughout the peak summer season.We are an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity.
