We’re on the lookout for a creative and organised Digital Marketing & Office Coordinator to bring energy, initiative, and fresh ideas to our growing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role — perfect for someone who’s confident on social media, great with people, and thrives on variety.

About the Role

As the Digital Marketing & Office Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face of our office and the creative mind behind our digital presence. You’ll support our team across marketing, sales, and operations — ensuring the Today Homes brand is always presented at its best.

Your day could include :

Creating engaging social media content (photo, video, and written posts)

Updating our website with new homes, imagery, and news

Assisting with marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and community events

Preparing and formatting legal and sales documents - attention to detail is key

Supporting the Director with PA-style tasks

Keeping the office organised and ensuring everything runs smoothly

Greeting clients and managing reception duties

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s :

Confident, proactive, and naturally takes ownership of tasks

Creative with an eye for design, storytelling, and brand presentation

Organised with great attention to detail and communication skills

Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping things professional

Positive, reliable, and eager to grow in a supportive environment

Experience in marketing, administration, or customer service is a plus — but we’re most interested in your attitude, initiative, and energy.
