Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionWe are seeking talented Graduate Engineers to join our field services team in Christchurch and develop essential expertise in instrument and product troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and maintenance procedures.

This role is designed to provide foundational experience while working directly with experienced engineers who will guide and mentor you throughout your journey.As a Gradute Engineer, you will : Develop hands-on technical skills by tackling real-world challenges in diagnostics, repair, and maintenanceAssist in providing installation and commissioning services to our customersReceive ongoing training and education on our innovative product portfolio and manufacturer updatesContribute to after-sales service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional supportWork within our SOPs and policies, gaining experience with quality and safety standardsWhat you will be working on : Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to : After-Sales Support ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and strong relationshipsPerform efficient instrument troubleshooting and preventive maintenance according to RDK specificationsAdhere to SLA-defined response times for phone and onsite support, while keeping leadership informed of any product issuesHealth, Safety, and Environment (HSE)Promote and comply with safety, health, and environmental policies to ensure workplace wellbeingUse risk assessment tools to coordinate work practices in a safe mannerDemonstrate care for personal and team safety by adhering to and promoting HSE standardsAdministrative ResponsibilitiesOrganize and manage spare parts inventory, returning unused parts as needed to prevent excess stockAccurately complete service documentation and expense / travel tasks within specified timelinesFollow company policies and service contract requirements for all service activitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives for service processesBe willing to travel within New Zealand, work overtime as required, and take on additional responsibilitiesWho you are : Are you an ambitious engineering graduate eager to start your career?
