We are looking for an experienced Programme Facilitator to support and come alongside people, as they seek improved wellness and life outcomes.
Offering advocacy, life skills education, service resources and wider community connection in our Community Ministries at The Salvation Army in Rotorua.
The key tasks are to :
Deliver an empathetic, and responsive service for people, families, and communities
To grow confidence in people as they manage important issues in their lives
To refer and broker relationship development with internal and external services that support the achievement of a person's goals
Promote and facilitate group and individual programmes that deliver identified outcomes including but not limited to : Building Awesome Whanau, Positive Lifestyle Programe, Mana Wahine
Work as part of a dynamic local and regional team

9 : 00am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
25 hours per week.
Fixed-term Part-time.
The hourly rate
for this role will be
31.65.
