You will :

Deliver essential healthcare services.

Develop and oversee personalized support plans.

Mentor support workers to ensure high standards of care.

Work alongside a network of registered health professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Requirements :

Registered nurse with a current practicing certificate.

Experience in long-term conditions, aged residential care, or medical nursing is highly desirable.

Strong team player with the ability to build professional relationships within the community.

Ability to plan and organise caseloads effectively, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a demanding, client-focused environment.

A current full driver's license is essential.

Digital confidence with apps and computers.
