With a national network of branches and distribution centres, Steel & Tube engages in markets and projects across infrastructure, construction (commercial and residential), heavy and light engineering, energy, manufacturing, and rural sectors.Job DescriptionDue to an Internal Promotion, our Palmerston North team is on the lookout for a switched-on, hardworking individual to work across different areas within our Trade Store and Warehouse.As part of our Trade Shop Sales / Store Support team, you are responsible for providing fantastic customer service to our walk-in trade shop customers as well as working in the warehouse with the team.Each day will be different and include anything from;Taking & processing orders from Trade store customersFulfilling those orders (you'll need to be physically fit and able)Keeping our stock on the racks with product to sellTaking customer phone enquiriesPicking, packing and distributing ordersGeneral store administrationWarehouse dutiesYou are a team player and will need to be hands-on, flexible, hardworking, and not afraid to get your hands dirty!
