About the Role As a Production Manager at Envato, you’ll take the lead on end-to-end production processes for all creative projects to ensure all project milestones are met. You’ll ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders and be responsible for managing resources and continuously improving production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.If you are a passionate, highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in production management within a marketing team or creative agency environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing :

• Manage and coordinate all creative projects from start to finish
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules
• Collaborate with various marketing stakeholders and other functions within our business to ensure project alignment and meet milestones
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and budgets
• Assign tasks and manage resources for efficient project completion
• Oversee quality assurance to maintain brand standards
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
• Implement and improve production processes and workflows
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for the production team
• Manage budgets, shoot schedules and resources for video / photographic projects as necessary
