Based up in the winterless north this Monday to Friday role with some on-call responsibilities this role is ideal for a great work / life balance.About the RoleLead the team by managing a Psychogeriatric Unit (PGU), providing specialised care.
This dynamic role involves full oversight of the PGU, including staff leadership, resource management, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing and clinical care.
