Guests of all ages travel from afar to enjoy our beautiful setting and outstanding hospitality.About the role : This is a full-time position as part of the catering team at Totara Springs.The purpose of the role is to : Provide excellent food service to our guestsAssist in delivering mealsAssist in completing the food control planYour duties will include but are not limited to : Assisting in the preparation, cooking, and delivery of meals and snacksAssisting in the preparation and delivery of meals for guests with special dietary requirementsEnsuring excellence in all aspects of meals and snacksCleaning dishes, utensils, and the kitchen areaAssisting in all aspects of the catering team's responsibilitiesComplying with Health & Safety policies and standardsAbout you : You value the delivery of high-quality guest experience and great customer service.
