New World Wanaka is looking for motivated and capable Grocery Managers to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy Grocery Department.

Key Responsibilities
Managing the daily operations of a Grocery Department
Working closely alongside the team to : ensure smooth and efficient workflows; manage stock ordering, promotional planning, and inventory control; ensure high standards in merchandising, presentation, and product availability; establish and implement rostering and staff scheduling; ensure strong relationships with suppliers and team members
You will have
An NZQF level 5 qualification or 3 years relevant work experience
Sound SAP and Excel capabilities to achieve supermarket financial KPI's
Proven decision-making abilities with exceptional organisational, presentation and planning skills
Your proven attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a high level of integrity and honesty will ensure your success in this role
These are permanent full-time roles.
Remuneration will be between $28 - $38 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.
Reporting to the Store Manager.
You will need to be available to work in weekends.
