Job descriptionIdentify and secure new catering opportunities across schools, corporates, campuses, and events; develop strategies to meet revenue and profit targets. Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulations to support business expansion. Lead projects from planning to handover; prepare pricing, proposals, tenders, and contracts while coordinating with internal teams. Track post-launch performance, ensure profitability, and support operational and financial goals. Develop KPIs, reporting tools, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and boost profits.
Basic information :
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Basic UP $7500
- 18 days AL
- Location : Buona Vista
