Job descriptionMinimum Degree qualifications with at least 10 years of automotive experience in a brand leadership capacity, preferably in a luxury automotive brand Highly driven, result oriented and thrive in fast paced dynamic environment Strong business acumen with customer‑centric personality Detailed and coupled with the ability to review financial numbers Dynamic and proactive Excellent leadership and people management skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall brand business performance
- Set and develop goals, objectives, strategic plans to achieve business target
- Establish operating procedures; review and assess operational effectiveness and implement changes to drive business performance
- Lead the team to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experience and brand profitability
- Identify ways for business enhancements and other sources of revenue generation
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with manufacturers
- Any other tasks assigned by your superior
