This role will work in our Affinity team in Auckland and will be responsible for all aspects of client service to maintain and grow an existing book of business.
One of the fastest-growing parts of our business is our Affinity division, and this role will play a key part in the maintenance and growth of this client portfolio.
This position requires a diligent team player who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills, and who can contribute to all aspects of client service.
The Role
In conjunction with the Affinity Account Executives and the Manager of NZ Affinity, ensure that clients' risk management and insurance broking programmes are administered to deliver high-quality service, with a focus on client retention and business development.
Prepare client documentation and ensure 100% accuracy prior to distribution.
Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders (both internal and external), representing WTW in a professional manner.
Maintain comprehensive client data across WTW systems, facilities, and databases.
Compare renewal terms with the previous year and advise brokers of any changes.
Collaborate with colleagues to support the growth and success of WTW.
Work in conjunction with the offshore Operations Support team (Mumbai) to ensure timely preparation and delivery of documentation.
Liaise with Operations on any issues the team may encounter and provide suggestions for improvement.
Support Account Managers in managing clients' claims by responding to enquiries, providing advice on the claims process, liaising with insurance assessors as needed, and ensuring agreed standards are met for timely claims settlement.
Ensure all documentation is prepared in accordance with company service and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
The Requirements
Excellent administrative and support skills in a dynamic and successful insurance broking environment
Insurance Level 5 qualification and / or knowledge of the insurance industry desirable
Sound oral and written communication skills, both on an individual and small group basis
Excellent report writing and correspondence skills
Ability to prioritise work and manage a diverse and busy workload
A team player with the ability to demonstrate credibility and gain trust
Proficient in all MS Office products
Good understanding of intranet applications and usage
A quick learner with a desire to take on additional duties when required
Some travel may be required
