Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories.

This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Responsibilities

Production of Sales Management reporting (standardised reports daily, weekly, monthly).

Development of Field Sales materials such as WIP Notes, Deal Sheets and Market Data.

Work alongside the KAM to submit and follow up on promotional submission with the customer, ensuring that customer promo portal is kept up to date & accurately reflected in the internal trade promotion management system (Siebel).

Play a key role within the Reckitt team to ensure service levels targets are achieved, through collaboration across sales and supply.

Act as a replenishment contact (VMI) for the customer, managing the flow of inventory and ordering process from Reckitt to the customer.

Lead the supply reviews with the customer and act a first point of contact for customer supply.

Provide sales trend insights to the business team along with recommendations regarding Pricing & Promotional strategies drawn from Nielsen, Circana, Dunnhumby & other internal data sources.

Post promotional analytics including Return on Investment, validating current strategy, or recommending ways to improve efficiencies.

Support and deliver data & insights via sales presentations for Category Reviews
