About the role - Korero mo te turanga
This role will be a member of the project team responsible for transitioning MFAT's Enterprise Content Management System from SharePoint on-premise to a new SharePoint Online.
This project will deliver a modernised enterprise content management system that enables the Ministry to manage, access, and use information more effectively in support of its foreign policy, trade, and development objectives.
The role will contribute to designing and implementing solutions that align with information management policies, user needs, and legislative requirements.
You will
Lead change design and delivery for the transition to SharePoint Online
Engage and support a global workforce ensuring adoption, engagement and minimal disruption
Embed new ways of working to ensure lasting adoption and impact
As required, deliver change, including communications, activities for other projects in the Ministry's Data, Information and AI programme.
The full salary range for this role is $104,670 to $141,612 total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
We expect to appoint around the midpoint $123,141 – give or take depending on your level of experience.
Who are we looking for?
A minimum of five years' experience as a change manager
Experience managing change in an Enterprise Content Management Project (desirable)
Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships and working effectively with staff at all levels of the organisation
Experience in successfully deploying process and system changes in a complex and changing environment
