You'll apply agile methodologies, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.You'll work closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, facilitating project rituals, managing backlogs, and keeping everyone aligned and informed.
This is a hands-on role where your ability to communicate, influence, and adapt will be key to success.What You'll Be DoingLeading project planning, execution, and delivery for strategic technology initiativesFacilitating agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and project ritualsEngaging stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycleProactively managing risks, issues, and dependenciesProviding clear and timely reporting to leadership and stakeholdersCoordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilitiesMonitoring budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficiencyWhat You'll Bring5+ years' experience managing technology projects in complex environmentsProven success using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong capability in managing budgets, timelines, and resourcesAbility to work independently and stay focused on strategic outcomesTertiary qualification in project management, technology, or related field (preferred)Why Join Us?
