About the Role
As our Project Manager, you\'ll lead the delivery of critical strategic technology projects from planning through to execution.
You\'ll apply agile methodologies, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, facilitating project rituals, managing backlogs, and keeping everyone aligned and informed.
This is a hands-on role where your ability to communicate, influence, and adapt will be key to success.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading project planning, execution, and delivery for strategic technology initiatives
Facilitating agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and project rituals
Engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies
Providing clear and timely reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
Monitoring budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficiency
What You'll Bring
5+ years\' experience managing technology projects in complex environments
Proven success using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong capability in managing budgets, timelines, and resources
Ability to work independently and stay focused on strategic outcomes
Tertiary qualification in project management, technology, or related field (preferred)
