• per hour As a Night Operations Supervisor , you'll be at the heart of our security operations, ensuring the safety and smooth running of services during overnight hours.

From liaising with Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC) to overseeing Mobile Officers on the ground, you'll ensure that every response is timely, accurate, and compliant with legal and company standards.

You'll also play a key role in reporting, rostering, welfare checks, and incident handovers, keeping communication clear and operations seamless.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where vigilance, accountability, and quick decision-making are essential .

About You We're looking for a confident and decisive supervisor with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

You'll bring excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with a professional telephone manner and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Organisation and attention to detail are key, as you'll be managing shift activity, monitoring site and vehicle tracking systems, and ensuring incidents are accurately recorded and escalated.

You'll be IT literate, comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as staff management software.
