is seeking an experienced

Heavy Machinery Operator (WTR)

You'll be working as part of a close-knit ground crew, supporting the construction and maintenance of roadworks and civil infrastructure across the Dunedin region.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate a range of vehicles and plant machinery (transfer materials, compact surfaces, load / unload vehicles, dig, and more)

Contribute to daily WIP (Work in Progress) meetings

Maintain vehicle and plant through pre / post-operation checks

Support your team and supervisor in day-to-day tasks

Follow all Health & Safety and NZ Road Transport regulations

General labouring tasks as required

What You'll Need :

Minimum 2 years' experience

as an operator

WTR endorsements

(Wheels, Tracks, Rollers)

class 2 desirable

Reliable personal transport

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Commitment to safety and professionalism on the job
