We're currently looking for a

skilled Excavator Operator

to join our high-performing civil construction team.

What You'll Be Doing :

Operating excavators across a range of construction projects

Using loaders, rollers, and other plant machinery as required

Supporting project teams with general site duties

Contributing to key regional developments

Growing your capabilities with opportunities to step into leadership over time

What We're Looking For :

Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction

Class 4 licence (preferred) with W, T, R endorsements

(We're open to training the right candidates)

Skills in drainage, roading, or general earthworks (desirable)

A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality

Someone who's reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
