Whether on the road, in the streets, or within commuter networks, we connect brands with audiences through impactful Out-of-Home advertising.We are looking for a Commercial Support Manager, to help maximise the value of our billboard assets and support the commercial strategy.The OpportunityThe Commercial Support Manager is responsible for supporting the Outdoor Partnerships Commercial Manager in creating, protecting, and maximising value arising from MediaWorks' outdoor commercial assets.
This role is essential in ensuring efficient management and optimisation of our billboard portfolio, as well as providing key administrative, reporting, and documentation support to the wider Commercial team.
You will work closely with various departments to help drive revenue growth and improve asset performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Portfolio Management : Ensure the assets are well-maintained, regularly upgraded, and optimally utilised to maximise revenue.Revenue Optimisation : Lease billboards at optimal rates, working with landowners to negotiate and secure contracts.
Maximise revenue by identifying and promoting high-value locations for advertisers.Financial Analysis & Reporting : Regularly analyse the performance of billboard assets in terms of revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency.Contract Management : Ensure all contracts related to billboard assets, including payment schedules and terms, are met, managed, and renewed as necessary.Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help drive successful campaigns and secure advertising deals.Asset Maintenance & Compliance : Ensure all assets comply with local zoning laws, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to the Commercial team.About YouWith proven experience in commercial asset management, preferably within the outdoor media market.
