Roadside Assistance Technician

What You’ll Do

Vehicle Recovery & Repair

Diagnose and repair immobilized vehicles on-site, following HQ guidelines

Use specialized tools and technical resources to troubleshoot effectively

Quality Assurance

Deliver top-notch workmanship to reduce repeat repairs

Keep accurate records in line with warranty and operational standards

Technical Development

Stay sharp by learning through technical bulletins, systems, and self‑study programs

Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance

Maintain the RSA recovery vehicle in excellent condition

Replenish tools and stock to ensure you're always ready for the next call

Cash Handling & Accountability

Collect and submit cash payments daily (if any), following company procedures

Compliance & Conduct

Follow the Employee Code of Conduct at all times

Take on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor or management

Provide great customer service and encourage happy customers to leave Google Reviews

Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes

Hands‑on experience in diagnostics and repair (preferably with Volkswagen Group vehicles)

Independent, calm under pressure, and solution‑oriented

Strong communication and customer service skills

Valid Singapore driver’s license with a clean driving record

Willingness to work on alternate Saturdays (OT)
