You'll play a key role in enabling fast, informed decisions across the bank, elevating the way we use data to support our frontline teams.

Empower frontline teams with timely, accurate reporting that drives daily decision-making

Design and evolve modern, engaging Power BI dashboards that turn data into clear, actionable insights

Lead hands-on SQL development—writing, troubleshooting, and mentoring others in best practice

Translate complex data into compelling stories for stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders

Champion automation and drive transformative improvements to reduce manual effort and scale impact

Mentor team members and help grow analytics capability across the business

We'd love to hear from you if you bring some of the following :

Proven ability to write, troubleshoot, and teach SQL in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

Confident in translating complex technical insights into clear, engaging messages for all levels - including senior leadership

Strong Power BI skills with a knack for creating intelligent, impactful visualisations

Experienced in working under pressure, diagnosing issues quickly, and communicating with empathy and clarity

Proven ability to work within large, complex (ideally regulated) environments and deliver value through data

Python skills and a passion for automation and efficiency are a desirable bonus
