• The Delivery Council Lead is responsible for formalising and driving continuous improvement strategy by sustaining a persistent change governance and delivery ecosystem across the business.

You will lead Delivery Councils, support the coordination and prioritisation of persistent change work and communicate the progress and outcomes of change initiatives to uplift performance across Westpac.
