We are seeking a Full-time Customer Service Coordinator to assist with customer service, property management tasks, administration and assisting with the leasing of our student apartments at UniLodge Auckland Central
This role is a unique mix of front office reception, property management, and customer service and will give you a great opportunity to learn new skills in a supported learning environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Full-time, 40 hours per week across a Monday to Friday roster.
Operate the day-to-day front desk reception area
Assist with the ongoing property management of our student apartments
Undertaking administration and reporting tasks for the property
Handling leasing duties and facilitate rent arrears collection
Conduct room inspections
Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs and overall well-being
Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security etc.
Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times
Other responsibilities may include, but not be limited to :
Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience.
Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing,
Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and / or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed, and
Coordinating and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.).
ABOUT YOU
Resilient, motivated and hands on
Has a genuine focus and passion in delivering outstanding customer service and having a "we care" approach
Good computer, written and verbal communication skills are essential
Background in hospitality would be advantageous
Experience in a University Environment (desirable)
Experience with property management systems (highly regarded)
Be culturally aware and have an understanding of different cultures
Police Vetting (must be willing to obtain)
