We have an opportunity for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our team based in Highbrook.
In this role you will support our global compensation and benefits programmes, projects, and provide data-driven insights to enhance our people strategies.
Working closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you'll contribute to :
Global salary review processes
Job evaluations and benchmarking
HR analytics and modelling to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits
Experience supporting compensation and benefits processes such as salary review, remuneration modelling, insurance queries
Knowledge of the Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology and experience with job evaluations
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with statistical analysis, PowerBI and SuccessFactors / SAP would be beneficial
A flexible, curious and proactive approach to problem solving
