Support pricing & promotionsby leveraging market insights to drive competitive pricing and impactful campaigns.
Lead and Develop Your Teamby mentoring, setting clear objectives, and fostering excellence in activation strategy and execution.
About You
Haveextensive experience in category management within FMCG, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Possessadvanced analytical skills, enabling you to track performance, identify opportunities, and adjust plans to meet objectives.
Have expertise inbrand activation, including the development of impactful point-of-sale materials and customer-centric campaigns.
Have experience presenting to and influencing retailers, with a proven ability to communicate complex information clearly, confidently, and persuasively to secure favourable outcomes.Are adept atmanaging A&P investments, ensuring effective allocation to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
Bring strongcollaboration skills, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain.
Are a natural leader, with the ability tomentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering growth and excellence in execution.
