This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their admin career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.The Job : This role is full time, and the main objective of the Marketing & Social Media Admin Assistant is to provide quality marketing, social media content and administrative support for our office, agents and vendors.Duties and Responsibilities : Prepare advertising and marketing for local newspapers and social media platformsInput and maintain information in our Customer Relationship Management systemPlanning and delivering creative and engaging content for social media platformsAdministration support for the officeOur ideal candidate has : Minimum of two years' experience in an administration roleA passion for creating marketing and social media contentThe ability to meet deadlines and excellent multi-tasking skillsConfident written and oral communication skillsExcellent organisational, planning and coordination skillsAdvanced administration and computer skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracyKnowledge of Office 365 and Adobe CC, preferably Photoshop and InDesign (not essential as full training provided)Knowledge of video editing software preferableA good work ethic, enthusiasm and a sense of humourA willingness to learn and desire to succeedThis role offers you : An opportunity to grow and develop your careerA varied and caring environment where your input is valuedA stable, family-owned business with a great company cultureJob security and the chance to work alongside a hardworking, but caring bunch of people
