Plumbing Tutor

New Plymouth based. Fixed term, hourly rate. 2026 programme.

About the role :

• Trades Academy (secondary school students) Plumbing - February to September on Thursdays
• NZ Cert Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying Level 3 - February to July (approx. 6 hours per week)
• NZ Cert Foundation Level 2 (Trades pathway) - 5 weeks over May to June on Fridays

Key Responsibilities include lesson planning, face‑to‑face practical and theory teaching, health and safety facilitation, assessment marking and meeting all quality assurance requirements of the course delivery.
