About the role
Key responsibilities include assessing network conditions via CCTV and field investigations, analysing asset data, and developing cost-effective renewal programmes.
The role works closely with operational and project teams to coordinate repairs, renewals and support capital projects, including Treatment Plants and pump stations.
Additional duties include managing inflow and infiltration investigations, preparing technical reports and project briefs, updating Asset Management Plans, and facilitating decision-making workshops.
This position plays a vital role in enhancing infrastructure performance, extending asset life, and ensuring compliance with environmental and service standards for long-term community benefit.

This is a busy role and there is plenty of variety.
You will also provide specialist technical advice on the optimisation of engineering assets, develop maintenance strategies and programs for our assets and much more.
About You
You bring a "can-do" attitude and expertise in asset and contract management, developing works programmes, and writing Asset Management Plans.
You understand capital and operational accounting, asset depreciation, and engineering standards.
Experience in network analysis, inflow / infiltration investigations, and health and safety practices is essential.
The salary range for this position is between
$113,490pa
and
126,100pa
and the appointed starting level will be dependent on skills and experience and will be discussed during interviews with shortlisted candidates.
This a full-time 40 hours per week role.
