We have a fantastic opportunity available within the Waipa Sawmill Laboratory team in Rotorua. This is a hands-on role in a small but busy laboratory supporting timber treatment operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in sample preparation, analytical testing, and maintaining high standards of laboratory practice (IANZ Accredited).

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

This role will include :

• Timber sampling and preparation
• Keeping required data and documentation
• Maintenance of analytical instrumentation.
• Support of laboratory audits.
