Supply Analyst

He aha te mahi? What's the role?

Reporting to the Supply Information Manager, the Supply Analyst plays a pivotal support role within Zespri’s Planning and Supply team. You’ll be responsible for providing key information, trends, and insights that help us meet market demand and deliver on our commitments.

In this role, you’ll ensure the Planning and Supply Team has access to accurate and timely reporting, analysis, and recommendations, supporting adherence to contractual obligations. You’ll work to enhance existing reporting and modelling processes, develop new solutions, and build strong relationships across Zespri and with external stakeholders.

Key accountabilities include :

• Delivering insightful reporting and analysis to ensure market orders are fulfilled in full, on time, and to specification.
• Modelling supply estimates and communicating requirements to stakeholders, supporting procurement strategies.
• Analysing inventory data to support order management and planning, providing meaningful recommendations for operational decisions.
• Adding value by transforming data into actionable recommendations throughout the season.
• Identifying knowledge gaps and recommending improvements in reporting and analysis.
• Supporting the Order Allocation function.
• Producing industry reports as required by the Supply Agreement.
• Validating Kiwistart Grower Payments for the Finance Team.

This is a fixed term role ending in December 2026.
